As a consequence, this compilation includes the "second versions" of "They Don't Care About Us", which has now been censored, the lyric ‘jew me’ has been changed to ‘chew me’, and ‘kike me’ has been changed to ‘hike me’. On "HIStory", the intro now samples "Mussorgsky’s The Great Gates Of Kiev".
This issue can be differentiated from other versions by the DIDX matrix. Printing on outer ring on top of the discs 1 and 2 says: "Made in Austria. BIEM/SDRM 474709 2 (01-474709-10)"
