The records were housed in the Type 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 company sleeves. Black label with silver print. The beginning of the perimeter print was written “GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD.” and “SOLD IN U.K. SUBJECT TO RESALE PRICE CONDITIONS, SEE PRICE LISTS” text. Tax code KT.
Type 1 labels have “NORTHERN SONGS NCB” in three lines and '℗ 1966' above the matrix numbers. Push-out centre.
Unlike [r2347049, the label matrices are in brackets and the text is in a different font. This version also shows 'Lennon-McCartney' as opposed to 'Lennon, McCartney'.
