Issued in a generic die-cut Decca paper sleeve on a dark blue four-pronged push-out centre Decca label with boxed logo, silver print.

This edition has a dot in the cat# and the label matrix within pinched brackets {...}.
A similar pressing of [r=5547824 has the label matrix within daggers †...†, while another edition of [r=1454333 has neither a dot in the cat# nor has the label matrix in brackets.
