Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds will be given on items that are faulty or do not match the condition stated. We may request pictures of the items in question.
If you need to return an item to us for a refund, you should contact us first at info@daddypop.co.uk. We will advise how best to return it. Returns will only be accepted if received within 14 days from the date of delivery.
You must take reasonable care to ensure that an item is repackaged so that it arrives back in the same condition it was despatched. The return address is included on the delivery label.
We cannot take responsibility for damage to insufficiently repackaged items, or items that have poorly used before being returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging
We may only refund return postage, when approved, for the use of standard mail services.
Non Delivery
Unless UK next day delivery is chosen, we will ask you to wait a reasonable amount of time for your parcel to arrive. This will vary depending on your destination but typically Royal Mail requires that 28 days be allowed for delivery. It is rare in our experience that items go missing entirely, but occasionally they are delayed by a few days. If your order has not arrived after 28 days we will discuss a replacement, credit or refund with you and arrange this without further delay.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for Paypal or your card issuer to process and post the refund.
