Lyrics paper insert with white text on black background.
Standard RCA 'Important Notice' paper inner sleeve.
First catalogue number on cover and insert, 2nd on labels, 3rd (US cat.#) in parentheses on labels.
Label variation of [r=1326123, with different text layout/fonts and title & song 'Heroes' without scare quotes.
This release has 'Heroes' as title & song in scare quotes.
